. . . .would these negative voices sound familiar to you? 1."I'm Not Losing Any Weight": 2. "I've Stopped Losing Weight" 3.'I'm Putting Weight Back On" 4."I'm Losing Too Much Weight" And, 5. "I've Fallen Off the Wagon"

Quote'If you don't do what's best for your body, you're the one who comes up on the short end.'By: Julius Erving:

To be brutally honest, I must admit that when I first began my research on this article I had the usual dietitian doubts. Some articles even in the medical journal are constant reminders of those who strive to achieve an ideal weight but have not yet achieved. But?

Believe me; you are not alone in this! Even now there are still over dozens of such articles have been published in respectable medical journals around the world. . . confirming and reconfirming the truth of the the ideal weight loss program,

In all honesty, there seems to be no doubts that adding my missing link of these dieting stumbling blocks will somehow can overcome the limitations of weight loss through innovative dietary therapy!

Enough of talking. And without further ado, shall we tread carefully on the dangerous stumbling blocks?

Stumbling Block Number 1: "I'm Not Losing Any Weight"First, a reminder: don't compare two daily weights and conclude that you aren't losing weight. The only way to determine your weight-loss rate is to compare average weights from one week to the next.

If your weight has, in fact, remained the same and you have been strictly following the guidelines of my WLM Diet Therapy for three weeks or more, your body is probably adjusting. It may be slowing your metabolism in order to conserve energy.

This often happens after a-quick weight-loss or liquid-fasting diet, but 'is less common in the WLM Diet therapy. Thus, the effect may be left over from repeated dieting. 'Past-dieting regimens that did not offer you enough food energy may make you prone to weight-loss plateaus. Usually caused by your body's more efficient use of the calories (we called them efficiency plateaus). Weight-loss plateaus are the body's response to what it perceives as a starvation situation. Too rapid weight loss in the past, a pattern of yo-yo dieting, or, in some individuals, an inherited tendency can lead to this. Don't despair, however. My WLM Diet therapy will combat such efficiency plateaus and help slowed metabolism. Through the use of Bonus Meals, your metabolic processes will perceive that the situation is not one of starvation. By and by, your metabolism will adjust, and you will begin to lose weight. Follow the appropriate plan probably stipulated in my WLM diet therapy. And soon yo ur weight should start dropping. Period!

By the way! Be sure you are drinking your six or more glasses of water or other non-caloric liquids each day.

Remember that this is a lifelong program. Give it a chance-to correct the many times that you insulted your body with past diets. Don't forget that as you wait for your weight loss to resume, you are not being deprived of the food you enjoy. Each day you are eating all that you want at your WLM Bonus Meal. Enjoy your Bonus Meal, stay within the guidelines. Weight loss will follow. Listen up! Below is the best part!Stumbling Block Number 2: "I've Stopped Losing Weight"Consider this scenario! The diet was proceeding nicely. You were happy with your progress. Then something changed.

You haven't cheated or changed your eating, but the weight loss stopped. Perhaps you even put back on a pound or two. You feel fine, with good energy levels, and you don't feel too hungry, but you are concerned, Even frustrated.

What's the explanation? The good news is that efficiency plateaus are usually only temporary. Your metabolism is showing signs of having slowed often because of previous failed diets.

This efficiency plateau is common among dieters who have lost weight too rapidly in a recent diet. Or who admit to patterns of yo-yo dieting. There may be a genetic explanation, too, in that some people inherit a tendency to hold on to weight.

Some of our dieters have long and difficult dieting' histories. As a result, their bodies have become super-efficient. They have found that it helps to minimize or even to skip one of the Windfall Meals occasion. If you want to help your body break through an efficiency plateau, you can choose to skip a WLM Bonus Meal now and then.

If you do so, however, be sure to never skip your WLM Bonus Meal, in the long run. That is essential, providing you with both nutrition and pleasure. It would some kind of motivation per se.

You might also consider minimizing rather than skip ping a complementary Meal, eating lesser quantities of the same foods. A reminder: make sure you are eating all of your WLM Bonus Meal at one sitting within the sixty minute limit. Don't leave the table and come back later to finish the meal; don't hold off on dessert for another time. When the eating light is lit, eat what you want then stop eating.

Make certain that your WLM Bonus Meal is well rounded and balanced. All four food groups should be included. Make sure you drink at least six to eight glasses of water of other non-caloric liquid each day.

If you wish, have one cup of coffee or tea during the day. You can have a bit of milk in it but no sugar except during your WLM Bonus Meal. Although you may have all the coffee with milk you want during your bonus!

With most of your meals, be sure to have no more than one cup of coffee with milk at a time other than your Bonus Meal. Be sure to complete that cup of coffee and milk within 15 minutes. You may have black coffee at any time.

Make sure that none of your Complementary Meal foods contain hidden carbohydrates. And because even a little can mean insulin release, which spells diet disaster.

Most important, however is to maintain "your confidence". Hang in there: very few of the people with whom we have worked have ever stayed at the efficiency plateau longer than a few weeks.

OK? Any questions? If 'no', then let's move down the line.

Stumbling Block Number 3: "I'm Putting Weight Back On"First of all, be honest with yourself: if you're not following the guidelines stated in my WLM Dietary Therapy. Work it out. Go back to living by my Diet therapy, it'll produce the results you want.

If you aren't consciously cheating, double-check our WLM Bonus Meals for hidden carbohydrates. One of our dieters discovered that tuna salad at his favorite restaurant had bread crumbs in it, a forbidden carbohydrate, and it triggered his addiction.

Our experience has been that once the hidden carbohydrate has been eliminated, weight loss resumes.

At the end of the next two-week period, you will probably find you have lost the weight you had temporarily gained. Most likely, you will find that you have lost more than you gained.

Stay or get active. If you are not active, it's harder to lose weight.

Check your sixty-minute WLM Bonus Meal time-limit. It's essential to the success of the diet. Follow Plan closely until you start losing again, and make sure you are eating your salads before every Reward Meal.

Are you with me so far? If 'yes' let's then proceed!

Stumbling Block Number 4: "I'm Losing Too Much Weight"Yes, it happens: your goal weight comes and goes, and more pounds drop off. Not every dieter experiences this, but many do. Or you're not at your goal weight but you're losing more than one-half to two pounds a week.

What should you do? - First of all, be honest with yourself: are you following 'the guidelines' precisely? We've had more than a few dieters who want to lose weight quickly and don't follow the rules, skipping meals or exaggerating the limitations. Follow the guidelines, and don't make up rules of your own

Are you getting this? Or, is it rubbing you the wrong way?

Stumbling Block Number 5: "I've fallen off the Wagon"Here is the best part. You were doing beautifully losing weight and not feeling hungry and you figured that just a little bit of carbohydrate-rich food eaten at a time other than your R WLM Bonus Meal wouldn't hurt you. Or you thought that adding ten or fifteen minutes to your Bonus Meal hour wouldn't really do any harm. After all, you, might have reasoned, you were doing so well that you could afford it.

Or, you had come to a standstill in your weight and you started to become discouraged. You might have told yourself that since you weren't losing anyway, it really didn't matter if you didn't follow the guidelines exactly. How much worse could it be? You weren't losing anyway. And now you see the results.

Chances are you are having one or more of these three experiences: You may have gained some of your weight back or stopped losing weight.

You may feel tired, unmotivated, worried, and/ or irritable. You may have trouble getting yourself to do your work.

Most of the people we have worked with say that these experiences help to remind them of the hunger, tiredness, and feelings of being out of control that they experienced before they began WLM BonusDiet therapy

If the break in your diet was a single incident (or two) or lasted for no more than one day, go back to the plan you had been following before the break.

To summarize, let me put the entire article in a polished nutshell. And believe me, these negative remarks can discourage even a staunch weight watcher. And they are firstly, "I'm Not Losing Any Weight": Secondly. "I've Stopped Losing Weight" Thirdly, 'I'm Putting Weight Back On" Fourthly, "I'm Losing Too Much Weight" And fifthly, "I've fallen off the Wagon" If you are not convinced of these are killer remarks, I suggest very strongly, you read and read this article from top to bottom. Let the ideas and facts really sink into your mind. OK?

Few words of parting advice. Listen carefully! One reason for the high dropout rate from ours . WLM Bonus Diet therapy program is that people have been told so often that it is easy. Losing weight and becoming fit is not easy. I cringe when weight programs advertise how easy it is to lose weight. However, something that is hard is not necessary pleasant. Ask any outdoorsman how he feels after an all-day hick in the mountain. Was it hard? Definitely Was it pleasant? No!

At this juncture, I rest my case! And like to bide you a happy and pleasant journey to an ideal weight loss. Goodbye. Thank you!
